We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, travel bookings, and administrative support activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office and reception area efficiently.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, train, hotel, and cab bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and housekeeping coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Experience in travel and ticket booking will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
