Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our company dealing in industrial products such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, explaining product offerings, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers (industries, dealers, contractors, etc.)
· Explain company products including motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other machinery components
· Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
· Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities
· Handle basic customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/software
· Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required
· Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
· Strong convincing and negotiation skills
· Interest or basic understanding of industrial machinery/products is preferred
· Positive attitude, confidence, and target-driven mindset
· Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
