We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Home Care Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Assist with daily living activities
- Perform wound care and post-surgical support
- Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors
Requirements:
- GNM ,ANM/B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid Nursing Registration
- 1+ year clinical experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel for home visits
