We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR.
Position: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in planning, execution, resource management, client coordination, and timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage infrastructure and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and government authorities.
- Manage site teams and ensure efficient execution of work.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project documentation.
- Prepare project reports and present progress updates to management.
- Control project costs and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or project management.
- Proven experience in handling multiple construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract management, and site execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office, or other project management software.
