Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, or chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi or regional language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer issues patiently and professionally
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in BPO / customer service is an added advantage
