We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage core accounting functions across multiple group companies. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and a good understanding of statutory and corporate compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record, verify, and maintain financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare periodical financial reports and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act and support related filings and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support accounting requirements across multiple group entities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing and/or multi-company environments.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate compliance requirements. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience in handling audits, reconciliations, taxation, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
