- Plan and manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and other required supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) until materials are received.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and overstocking.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze material consumption trends and prepare purchase forecasts.
- Ensure timely availability of materials based on production planning and customer requirements.
Pay: ₹11,455.97 - ₹38,305.05 per month
