SMT India Machines Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our production team.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production quality and productivity.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Prepare production reports and maintain records.
Requirements:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a Production/Quality role.
Good knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fresh graduates are not eligible for this position.

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
