- Operations: Overseeing daily workflow, inventory management (if retail), and administrative duties to ensure efficiency.

- Sales & Growth: Creating strategies to acquire new customers, drive revenue, and hit location-specific sales targets.
- Customer Relations: Resolving high-level customer complaints and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance: Ensuring the branch adheres to company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations.

- Scheduling: Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments for staff or executives.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, while also coordinating outgoing couriers or shipping.
- Clerical Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and drafting basic emails or memos.
- Facilities Oversight: Monitor and restock office supplies, and coordinate with maintenance or cleaning staff to ensure the lobby stays tidy.
