Role & Responsibilities :
Manage all financial transactions (cash, bank & online).
Handle company accounts, cash flow, and financial records.
Track customer outstanding payments and company schemes.
Conduct inventory management and stock audits.
Prepare MIS and financial reports.
Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Lead and manage an accounts team of 7+ members.
Qualification & Skills :
B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
2-5 years of accounting and finance experience.
Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary
3 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
