Job position description:
We’re looking for a full-time senior web developer with the following skills and experience.
Technical Skills:
- Azure Cloud native development experience
- Serverless architecture design with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Experience with microservices architecture and domain-driven design (DDD)
- Deep expertise in .NET Core / .NET 8+, C#, and RESTful API design with ASP.NET Core
- Serverless programming, scalability (Az Functions, Event Grid, Front Doors, APIMs, Redis)
- Asynchronous and event-driven programming patterns (queues, pub/sub, background workers)
- Container based development and deployments, Azure Container Apps
- Azure SQL Server, Cosmos DB (or similar other NoSQL databases)
- Full stack web development experience
- Proficiency in frontend skills HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React, NodeJS
- Making Secure APIs – OAuth, JWTs, Entra ID (SSO/OIDC)
- Git based code repo usage (Github / Bitbucket etc…)
- GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Code review practices, agile/scrum workflows, and cross-functional team collaboration
Workplace:
Good to have:
- Infrastructure as Code — Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates
- Kubernetes or other container orchestration (AKS, Helm)
- Observability tooling — Azure Monitor, Application Insights, distributed tracing
- Power BI and Azure Fabric for data visualization and analytics pipelines
- Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or Microsoft Copilot extensibility
Soft Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex issues and optimize code.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, designers, and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management concepts and the ability to manage your time and tasks efficiently. Able and willing to helping peers to grow together and mentor juniors
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring that the product functions correctly and provides a smooth user experience.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to design unique and engaging user experiences.
