1. Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with CaratLane’s service philosophy.
- Monitor conversion rates, average bill values, footfalls, and repeat customer metrics.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
2. Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to perform at their best.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions on products, systems, and customer engagement.
- Plan team rosters, manage attendance, and ensure discipline and productivity.
3. Operations & Inventory
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels; manage stock inward/outward with minimal shrinkage.
- Coordinate with HO for replenishments, transfers, and customer orders.
4. Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience
- Maintain store cleanliness, aesthetics, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Plan in-store displays and product arrangements to optimize appeal and engagement.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with leadership.
- Track KPIs and take corrective actions to improve store performance.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: MBA/PG in Retail/Marketing)
- Experience: 3–6 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/store manager role (jewelry/fashion/luxury retail preferred)
