Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls with clarity and professionalism
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and update client reports regularly
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure smooth customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role (added advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic reporting tasks
