Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Social Media&Outreach to manage and elevate the digital presence of our real estate portfolio. In this role, you will be the visual and textual custodian of our brand across all digital handles, ensuring that our projects are showcased with absolute premium consistency.
Beyond creative content, you will play a pivotal role in Online Reputation Management (ORM)—monitoring public sentiment, addressing buyer queries, and turning community interactions into trust-building milestones for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Content Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end social media content calendar for multiple residential/commercial projects across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profiles.
- Translate complex real estate offerings (floor plans, location advantages, project USPs, construction milestones) into highly engaging consumer content like Reels, site-walkthrough videos, and interactive carousels.
- Collaborate with site teams, agencies, and internal design/video teams to capture authentic, on-site project progress and lifestyle content.
2. Brand Custodianship & Guidelines Adherence
- Enforce strict compliance with brand guidelines across all project handles, ensuring uniform typography, color palettes, project logos, and tone of voice.
- Maintain a seamless balance between brand-building content (lifestyle, luxury, design philosophy) and performance-marketing content (offers, site-visit invites) without diluting the brand’s premium imagery.
3. Real Estate ORM & Crisis Management
- Proactively monitor and manage the brand’s reputation across social media comment sections, direct messages, Google Reviews, and prominent real estate forums (e.g., IREF, consumer forums).
- Formulate a robust real estate response matrix to handle sensitive buyer queries regarding construction timelines, handovers, regulatory approvals (RERA), and customer service issues.
- Maintain a swift Turnaround Time (TAT) to address negative feedback constructively, escalating critical grievances to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and legal teams when necessary.
4. Social Listening & Analytics
- Track and analyze weekly/monthly metrics including engagement rates, organic reach, audience sentiment, and share of voice against competitors.
- Use social listening data to gauge buyer pain points and feed those insights back into the core marketing and sales teams to optimize future project messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:5+ years of dedicated experience managing social media. Real Estate experience (either brand-side or managing real estate clients at a digital agency) is highly preferred.
- ORM Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social listening and ORM platforms (e.g., Konnect Insights, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite).
- Communication:Excellent written English and strong localized copywriting skills (ability to understand/write copy that resonates with regional buyers is a major plus).
- Crisis Management: Highly mature, empathetic, and level-headed when handling disgruntled buyers or public grievances online.
