Staff Nurse – Senior

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide safe, quality and patient-centred nursing care while ensuring compliance with NABH standards and hospital clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and accurately document vital signs, nursing care and patient progress.
- Assist doctors during procedures and clinical interventions.
- Maintain proper nursing records, handover and communication.
- Follow infection prevention, medication safety and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use and readiness of nursing equipment and emergency supplies.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, relatives and other departments.
- Follow hospital SOPs, nursing protocols and NABH quality standards.
- Participate in audits, training, emergency drills and quality improvement activities.
Eligibility:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
- 4+ years of hospital experience preferred.
- Multispecialty hospital experience will be an advantage.
- Good clinical knowledge, communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
