Job Description: Real Estate Team Lead
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Lead to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Allocate and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Assist in closing key deals and handling client escalations.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
