About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an in-person role where you'll spend approximately 50% of your time on marketing and client meetings and 50% supporting business operations.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and leadership team to help expand EkoMorph's presence across Hyderabad.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Client Engagement (50%)
- Visit restaurants, hotels, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food businesses to introduce EkoMorph's sustainable packaging solutions.
- Meet prospective clients and confidently pitch our products and services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings with the Marketing Director when required.
- Conduct second follow-ups with interested customers after initial meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve our offerings.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Represent the EkoMorph brand professionally during all client interactions.
Operations (50%)
- Coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.
- Work with production, logistics, and suppliers to support timely deliveries.
- Maintain CRM records, client databases, and sales reports.
- Track leads, follow-up activities, and order status.
- Assist with inventory coordination and operational documentation.
- Support day-to-day business operations and process improvements.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, business development, or operations are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident meeting clients and presenting products.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for sustainability and working with a mission-driven startup.
