Roles & ResponsibilitiesPublisher Acquisition
- Contact potential website publishers through outbound calls.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of the ATM and Free Case platforms.
- Convince publishers to join and complete the onboarding process.
- Follow up with interested publishers until activation.
Publisher Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded publishers.
- Conduct regular mentoring and follow-up calls throughout the month.
- Guide publishers on improving their website performance and increasing advertising revenue.
- Encourage publishers to remain active and consistently grow their earnings.
Revenue Growth
- Monitor publisher performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Motivate publishers to optimize their traffic and ad placements.
- Share best practices and recommendations for better monetization.
Publisher Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for publisher queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Provide prompt and ongoing support to ensure a positive publisher experience.
Payout Management
- Maintain publisher payout records.
- Verify earnings and ensure accurate monthly payout processing.
- Coordinate with the finance team to complete publisher payouts at the end of every month.
- Resolve any payout-related concerns raised by publishers.
Reporting
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and publisher activities.
- Update CRM with all publisher interactions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
