About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Architect with 6 months to 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, drafting, visualization, and project coordination across residential, commercial, and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and document site conditions.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Support project execution and monitor design implementation on site.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
- Knowledge of BIM software such as Revit is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
