Job Description
Role Summary
The Web Experience Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end web deployment and digital experience projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to governance standards. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful website deployment and maintenance activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Manage end-to-end projects on website replication, enhancement, maintenance, and deployment projects, including demand planning, project planning, resource coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Drive project execution through Workfront, Jira, and Crownpeak by coordinating with business stakeholders, developers, SEO, Marketing Automation (MA), GPIM, Translation, and WTB teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, QA validation, and web technologies

Experience coordinating with SEO, Marketing Automation, GPIM, Translation and WTB teams.

Hands on experience in website development/CMS platforms, web deployment/replication workflows, and digital asset management activities so as to ensure quality checks on the completed tasks before handover

Lead project reviews, kickoff meetings, Scope of Work (SoW) alignment, capacity planning, risk management, staging validation, feedback incorporation, and production launch activities.

Support demand intake, project prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure effective project sequencing and delivery.

Own the complete deployment lifecycle including requirements gathering, site build coordination, QA validation, business approvals, go-live execution, post-launch activities, technical issue resolution, and project closure.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and country marketers.

Guide stakeholders through the website deployment and replication process.

Ensure all project prerequisites, documentation, content plans, and approvals are completed before execution.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Manage staging reviews, validation cycles, feedback incorporation, and production deployment.

Ensure post-launch activities such as analytics setup, SEO audit requests, and closure documentation are completed.
Stakeholder Management

Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Align project execution with business objectives and operational standards.

Facilitate coordination between business, development, and operations teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basherors/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
3+ years of experience in website project management, digital operations, or web deployment.
-
Strong understanding of website development lifecycle and digital content management processes.

Experience working with Workfront, JIRA, Crownpeak, FUZE or similar website development/CMS platforms, web deployment/replication workflows, and digital asset management.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
-
Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
-
PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
