Roles & Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout.
- Cut, shape, and prepare metal pieces and components for welding.
- Weld metal parts together using Arc, MIG, or TIG welding equipment.
- Inspect welded joints for defects and smooth out surfaces using grinders.
- Maintain and clean welding equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear proper protective gear (PPE like helmet, gloves, and safety glasses) at all times.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: ITI (Welder) / Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Welder.
- Hands-on experience with welding tools and electrical equipment (Saws, Grinders, Calipers).
- Good physical strength, stamina, and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
