Sponsorship & Fundraising
- Develop and execute sponsorship and fundraising strategies for WORSO events and competitions
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate sponsors, brands, PSUs, startups, and CSR partners
- Create and pitch customized sponsorship proposals, decks, and partnership models
- Achieve assigned revenue and sponsorship targets for each event
Corporate & Strategic Partnerships
- Build long-term relationships with industry partners, corporates, government bodies, and ecosystem players
- Convert one-time sponsors into strategic and recurring partners
- Coordinate with partners to ensure deliverables, branding, and engagement commitments are met
Event Commercialization
- Design sponsorship inventories including title sponsorships, category sponsorships, booths, branding rights, speaking opportunities, and digital visibility
- Price and package event assets to maximize revenue
- Support monetization of exhibitions, delegations, and networking platforms
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with event operations, marketing, and communications teams to align sponsor commitments
- Ensure smooth execution of sponsor deliverables before, during, and after events
- Manage sponsor communication, MoUs, invoices, and reporting
Reporting & Compliance
- Track sponsorship pipelines, closures, and collections
- Prepare fundraising reports, sponsor impact reports, and ROI presentations
Ensure compliance with contractual and branding guidelines
