We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at our real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants and project management team.
- Check RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, tiling and finishing works as per quality standards.
- Ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works at site.
- Check measurements and assist in preparation of BOQ, RA Bills and quantity calculations.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure materials are used efficiently.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records and inspection reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with seniors/consultants for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality and safety standards at the project site.
- Monitor manpower and contractor productivity
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
