Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, dispatch planning, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Drive logistics performance across D2C channels and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Monitor and improve key logistics metrics, including RTO, NDR, delivery SLA, shipping costs, and return management.
- Manage logistics partners, transporters, courier aggregators, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyze logistics performance, drive process improvements, and optimize logistics costs.
- Ensure compliance with logistics documentation, operational standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations (Mandatory).
- Mandatory experience in a D2C e-commerce manufacturing company.
- Strong experience in RTO management, last-mile logistics, reverse logistics, dispatch operations, and transportation management.
- Hands-on experience managing logistics operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C channels.
- Experience managing logistics vendors, courier partners, transporters, and 3PL providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in ERP/OMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
