JOB DESCRIPTION – FITTER
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for mechanical fitting, equipment installation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation of equipment.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Carry out alignment, fabrication, cutting, drilling, and basic maintenance activities.
- Install and maintain pumps, valves, pipes, machinery, and mechanical components.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
