We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily operations in our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will help manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality, maintain hygiene standards, and assist in smooth order processing, especially for high-volume and delivery-based operations (including frozen food handling, if applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw, fresh, and frozen food items
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of online/delivery orders
- Train new kitchen staff and maintain discipline in the team
- Handle basic documentation and reporting
- Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
