Job Summary
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, promoting the company's costume products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Promote costume products, uniform solutions, rental services, or custom costume offerings.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Explain product features, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams regarding customer requirements.
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Gather market feedback and competitor information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 month of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or apparel/fashion sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and persuasive selling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹8,884.96 - ₹16,000.00 per month
