Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional School & College Relationship Manager to build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
The ideal candidate will meet Principals, Directors, Placement Officers, and Management to introduce our Financial Literacy and Stock Market Education Programs, organize awareness seminars, and develop long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Placement Officers, and other decision-makers.
- Present Rich Robust's Financial Literacy and Stock Market Education Programs.
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Develop and maintain institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seminar scheduling and student enrollment.
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during all institutional interactions.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the stock market and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
Preferred
- CFA (Level I, II, or III)
- CA
- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com (Finance)
- CFP, FRM
- NISM or NCFM Certifications
- 2–5 years of experience in financial education, institutional sales, business development, or financial services.
