Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fashion Designer.
Strong knowledge of designing designer blouses, sarees, kurtis, Indo-western/fusion wear, and men's ethnic wear.
Good understanding of fabrics, embroidery, trims, color combinations, and garment construction.
Ability to research fashion trends and create original collections.
Proficient in sketching (hand or digital) and preparing production-ready designs.
Able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Design trendy and premium ethnic wear collections.
Coordinate with tailors, embroidery units, and production teams.
Select fabrics, embellishments, and accessories.
Monitor sample development and ensure quality standards.
Oversee production from design to final finished
