Roles and Responsibilities
Process & Quality Control
- Define, implement, and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems across coating and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct capability studies (Cp, Cpk), trend analysis, and process monitoring to ensure robustness and stability.
- Identify and control critical process parameters, implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain control plans, measurement system analysis (MSA), and data-driven quality tools.
Process Development & Optimization
- Support introduction of new products and technologies into series production.
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis (DOE, 5-Why, Fishbone, Six Sigma methods).
- Contribute to the design, validation, and improvement of tools, fixtures, and automation systems.
Documentation & Training
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and coaching on SPC methods to production and engineering teams.
Act as technical support for customer audits, process reviews, and quality assessments
Required education, experience, knowledge
· University degree / diploma in science/ engineering.
· Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing a process line in thermal spray or related industry.
Should be willing to work in Tumkur & as well Jigani (Bangalore) location
Must be flexible to work for 6 days

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
