HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and exit interviews.
- Support performance appraisal, reward systems, and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate salary account opening and HR-related employee records.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and HR documentation.
- Build relationships with candidates, institutions, agencies, and professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Participate in workforce planning and HR process improvements.
- Communicate company policies, benefits, and employment terms effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
- Male or Female candidate who is having good communication will be preferred
- The company is located on Narol Kheda Highway. Candidates from Kheda, Nadiad, Anand will be first preference.
- Candidates from Narol/Naroda/|Vastral/Maninagar/Vatva will be given first preference
- Transport facility from Narol to Plant is available.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
