Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Rotational Shift Role

With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated Customer Support Executives who can deliver exceptional service across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions across various channels including calls, emails, live chat, social media, and inbound leads.
- Handle order-related queries such as order tracking, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and product information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, merchandising, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify recurring issues and share insights with management to support process improvements.
- Achieve defined performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a BPO voice process or premium domestic process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and rotational weekly offs. This is a strict and mandatory requirement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
