Job ResponsibilitiesClient Lead Generation
- Call companies from the provided database.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Hiring Managers, Founders and Directors.
- Introduce HRPlacers recruitment services.
- Generate hiring requirements.
- Schedule meetings for management.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
Existing Client Follow-Up
- Follow up on pending requirements.
- Collect interview feedback.
- Coordinate hiring updates.
- Maintain client relationships.
Candidate Coordination
- Call shortlisted candidates.
- Confirm interview availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up on interview attendance.
- Follow up on joining status.
Data Management
- Update CRM and Google Sheets.
- Maintain call records and follow-up trackers.
- Share daily activity reports.
Skills Required
- Excellent Hindi communication.
- Basic English communication.
- Good telephone and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with HR professionals and business owners.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and email.
- Self-disciplined for remote work.
Daily TargetsBusiness Development
- 80–100 outbound calls.
- 20 meaningful conversations.
- 3–5 interested prospects.
- 1–2 meetings scheduled.
Recruitment Support
- Candidate follow-ups.
- Interview confirmations.
- Joining confirmations.
Incentive Structure
