Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns and respond promptly to client inquiries.
* Share detailed and accurate information about projects and company offerings.
* Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, follow-ups, and progress notes.
* Support the sales closure process, ensuring clients receive timely communication and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams.
* Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the management team with performance insights.
* Contribute ideas to improve client experience, marketing communication, and conversion processes.
Requirements
* Experience: 0–2 years (freshers are welcome; training will be provided).
* Education: Graduate degree (BCom, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
* Prior experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or real estate is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills — verbal and written (English required; Hindi/Kannada a plus). Enthusiastic, disciplined, and client-focused with a “never give up” attitude.
* Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
* Comfortable working on weekends and traveling for client visits if required.
* Must have a personal vehicle for occasional client coordination (not a field job).
