Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Faculty – BBA Logistics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, guiding students, and supporting their overall academic development.
Eligibility & Experience
- MBA in any specialization is mandatory.
- MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related specialization will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching/faculty experience required.
- Experience in teaching BBA/management-related subjects will be preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain management concepts clearly using practical business and industry examples.
Subjects / Academic Areas to Handle
- Operations Management – Operations planning, process management, productivity, quality management, capacity planning, and operational decision-making.
- Business Management – Principles of management, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, and managerial decision-making.
- Modern Business Environment – Contemporary business trends, economic and technological changes, globalization, digital transformation, and their impact on businesses.
- International Business – Global business operations, international trade, global markets, multinational companies, international business strategies, and cross-border business practices.
- Entrepreneurship – Business ideas, opportunity identification, business planning, startup development, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and interactive classroom sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and other academic materials.
- Explain theoretical concepts using practical business and industry examples
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records and student performance reports.
- Participate in academic activities, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
- Support students in developing practical knowledge and industry-oriented skills.
