Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain candidate database
- Support onboarding and induction process of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Prepare HR reports and MIS data
- Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or BBA/B.Com with HR specialization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
