RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Operations & Compliance: Assist in managing background verification (BGV) processes, employee documentation audits, and onboarding compliance by maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and following up on pending actions.
Coordinate Onboarding Activities: Facilitate new joiner readiness by managing onboarding documentation, organizing employee photographs and other details
Drive HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare status reports, and ensure timely completion of HR operational processes with high attention to detail.
Assist in Employee Recognition Programs: Coordinate tenure awards, promotion gifts, and other employee recognition initiatives by partnering with HR Business Partners and Administration teams, while maintaining activity trackers.
