Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Executive who will manage ongoing client relationships and ensure smooth dispatch operations. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage existing client accounts
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand ongoing requirements
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution
- Plan and manage dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Track orders from processing to delivery
- Resolve client queries, complaints, and service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch, and client communication
- Prepare MIS reports related to dispatch and client servicing
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination for logistics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in CRM and dispatch coordination
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP systems
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial environment is preferred
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills
