Accounts and Admin Executive
The US Operations/Administrative Executive is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of both administrative and client-facing operational support functions for our US corporate clients and accounts. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage complex administrative tasks, maintain financial records, and provide seamless operational coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operations Management
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor record maintenance.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), generate invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliations, and follow up on billing and payments with vendors and clients as needed.
- Handle confidential information and documentation with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits.
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients or accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
