Job Title: IT Lab Assistant
Location: RIG GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, UP.
Job Summery: RIG group of Institutions is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Lab Assistant to manage and maintain the Institution's computer laboratories. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, software, networking and technical support for students, Faculty and Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
- Ensure proper functioning of internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Assist faculty and students during practical sessions.
- Maintain computer lab inventory and equipment records.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and antivirus updates.
- Report hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs when required.Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper usage of the IT laboratory.
- Provide basic technical support during seminars, workshops, and online sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CCNA mandatory
- BTECH/ BSC(IT).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, MS Office, and printer configuration.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Communication skills.
- Networking LAN/ Wi-Fi
Employment type: Full Time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
