- Sourcing: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines using job boards professional networks (like Naukari, LinkedIn), and local hiring events.
- Screening: Evaluate applications and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, relevant certifications, and cultural fit for a manufacturing environment.
- Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including facility tours, safety compliance training, and orientation for new hires.
