Position: Sales Manager
Experience Required:
✔ 5–7 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry.
✔ Mandatory experience with IDS PMS.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive room, banquet, and ancillary revenue through Corporate, MICE, Travel Agents, OTAs, and Leisure segments.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, negotiations, and property site inspections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven.
✔ Knowledge of the Goa hospitality market will be an added advantage.
