- Lead and supervise a team of technicians for heavy vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Diagnose and resolve complex engine, transmission, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, quality checks, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with service advisors and parts department for smooth operations.
- Train junior technicians and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- 3-5 years’ experience in heavy vehicle service.
- Strong knowledge of truck/bus/earthmoving equipment repair & diagnostics.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
