Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles and services
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive coordination
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up with prospects
- Manage leads received through walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and digital platforms
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with finance and insurance partners when required
- Update customer records in CRM/software systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (Automobile sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
