Vidya Setu Institute is hiring Academic Counsellors for PhD program sales and student counselling. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospective candidates, and converting leads into admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding PhD programs and admission process
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and university options
- Maintain lead data and daily follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Prior experience in education sales or counselling preferred
- Experience in PhD sales/counselling will be an added advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate
- Basic computer knowledge required
