Job Description:
Vauras Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an organized and proactive Jr. Payroll Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll for our client companies, addressing grievances related to PF and ESIC, and occasionally visiting clients or departments under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll for client companies.
- Address and resolve grievances related to PF and ESIC.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and assist clients with queries regarding PF and ESIC.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
On-Job Training:
The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month on-job training during the probation period to ensure understanding of the role, processes, and client handling.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum of a graduate degree (BBA or BCOM is preferable).
