Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a proactive and organized Franchise Business Coordinator to support the growth and success of our franchise network. This role involves coordinating with franchise partners, assisting in franchise expansion, monitoring business performance, preparing reports, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new franchisees.
We prefer candidates who are currently based in or willing to work from Ernakulam.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication with franchise partners across assigned regions.
- Support the onboarding process for new franchisees, including documentation and initial guidance.
- Assist in identifying and developing new franchise opportunities.
- Track franchise sales performance and coordinate follow-ups to improve business growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management.
- Maintain accurate franchise records, agreements, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support for franchise partners.
- Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups with franchise owners.
- Assist in organizing franchise meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of required reports from franchise partners.
- Address routine operational queries and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Support management in implementing franchise development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business coordination, franchise management, sales coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and report preparation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to business development initiatives.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates from Ernakulam are preferred.
- Experience in franchise operations, sales coordination, or channel partner management is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
