The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aimed at increasing online sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SMM efforts with the overall e-commerce and marketing objectives. 2. Campaign Management: • Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, • Create targeted campaigns to drive conversions, increase customer acquisition, and grow brand presence. 3. Data-Driven Optimization: • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior. • Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve KPIs, including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. 4. Budget & Spend Management: • Manage social media advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation to achieve the best possible ROI. • Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as necessary to meet financial targets. 5. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: • Leverage audience segmentation to create tailored campaigns aimed at specific customer profiles and behaviour. • Use social listening tools to gather insights and stay updated with trends in the market. 6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing. • Continuously innovate and experiment with new tactics to improve overall marketing performance. Skills Required: • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Social Media Marketing in an e-commerce setting. • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid ads. • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. • Experience with budgeting and performance tracking for social media ad spend. • Creative thinking and excellent communication skills for crafting persuasive social media campaigns. • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
