Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Admission Counselling team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Supervise and mentor approximately 50 Admission Counsellors through 2 Team Leaders, ensuring high levels of team productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement effective counselling and conversion strategies to maximize student admissions.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, counselling quality, lead conversions, and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for Team Leaders and Admission Counsellors.
- Support the team in handling objections, resolving escalations, and successfully closing admissions.
- Analyze CRM reports, admission funnels, and performance dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate lead management, timely follow-ups, and proper CRM updates by the team.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve admission processes, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Foster a positive, target-driven work environment while motivating the team to consistently achieve organizational goals.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or the EdTech industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing large admission counselling teams, including Team Leaders.
- Proven track record of achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, counselling, negotiation, and admission closing skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead management, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
