Key ResponsibilitiesWhatsApp Support
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic communication.
Order Confirmation
- Contact customers to confirm order details before dispatch.
- Verify customer information, delivery address, and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer queries related to order confirmation and modifications.
Who Should Apply?
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre, Chat Support, or Voice/Non-Voice processes.
- Graduates or HSC pass candidates with relevant customer support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using chat platforms, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple conversations.
